About
My career spans 16 years in the mental health field, including a decade plus of clinical experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Currently, I provide therapy for adults dealing with mental health challenges, facilitate workshops, conduct staff and wellness retreats, sound baths, and teach independent living skills.
Over the years, I deepened my spiritual practices, exploring colors, crystals, chakras, energy work, astrology, and more. I began to see how these tools had always been part of my life, from collecting rocks and shells as a child to finding comfort in the night sky. In 2022, I merged my professional expertise with my spiritual passions to create Good Karma Community Doula and Wellness Services—a space dedicated to holistic healing, birthwork, and empowerment. I completed my first Doula certification in 2023 with MM Women's Wellness, and my second with Birth Workers of Color Collective in January of 2025. I have supported multiple births and plan to continue expanding my work as a full-spectrum doula.

My goal is to build a trusting relationship where you feel confident asking questions and sharing your concerns as we craft a personalized birth plan together. I am committed to offering constant, customized support and encouragement, ensuring you feel empowered throughout your journey.

I support all Black/BIPOC birthing women/people regardless of gender identity, assignment, or expression, serving families of all shapes and sizes, from every walk of life. Single parents, LGBTQ+, adoptive parents, and families welcoming their babies through surrogacy are commonplace for me. I strive to bring the best support to your family, without a specific approach to parenting, as this is your turn to make decisions about what is best for your family.
